My computer acquired a Trojan “NTOSKRNL-HOOK” AKA Generic Rootkit! So the head of the Media Department is helping me, but it looks like this is BAD!!! Pray that we can figure it out cause my computer is my main avenue of communication.
Try booting into safe mode by pressing F8 when you first turn on your computer, then log in and run your scanner. Once it's done its thing, reboot and do it again, it should take care of it. Make sure it's a full system scan
